Shipping policy

At Studio CHJ, many of our products are made to order and personalised especially for you, so processing and delivery times can vary depending on the item you have ordered.

Processing times

Orders are usually processed within 3 to 7 working days, unless a different lead time is shown on the product page.

Personalised and bespoke items may take a little longer to prepare. If your order includes a proof approval stage, production will begin once your approval has been received.

Delivery

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout or on the product page. Delivery times are a guide only and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.

UK businesses generally need to deliver goods without undue delay and within 30 days unless a different timeframe has been agreed with the customer.

Shipping locations

We currently ship to the UK only.

If you are ordering from outside our standard delivery areas, please contact us through the enquiry form before placing your order.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive dispatch confirmation and tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Delays, lost or damaged orders

If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@studiochj.com as soon as possible with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the item and packaging.

Under UK consumer law, goods generally remain at the trader’s risk until they are delivered into the physical possession of the customer or someone the customer has nominated.

Delivery addresses

Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update it.
